Bookkeeper Office Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
  • Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including securing all the appropriate back up documents, entering vendor invoices, purchases and returns, reconcile vendor statements and paying vendors on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for all aspect of accounts receivable including securing all the appropriate back up documents, invoicing customers and sending out monthly statements, daily bank deposit, enter and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Responsible for managing the cash flow for the organization exercising your discretion and judgment.
  • Perform monthly cash reconciliation
  • Reconcile bank accounts monthly
  • Work in a collaborative fashion with the service manager and parts manager to ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation
  • Order Office supplies and keep the files neat and up to date

Work Hours & Benefits:

Hours are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.  If you’d prefer less than 40 hours per week that could be arranged.  Benefits include approximately 75% company paid Blue Cross, company paid Vision and Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K plan.

Shipper/Receiver Inventory Manager Job Responsibilities:


Shipping/Receiving manager ensures the smooth and efficient operations of the shipping and receiving department.  Inventory manager oversees the flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse, from ordering, storage, maintenance, loading and shipment.  The main objective is to ensure that all materials are properly stored and that accurate and appropriate levels of inventory are maintained in order to meet customer demand. The Parts Department reports directly to the Inventory manager.

Primary Job Functions

  • Packing and unpacking shipments, preparing labels and cartons.  Maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments
  • Following procedures and expedite the workflow
  • Arrange transportation that optimizes service and cost
  • Inspecting incoming materials and notifying appropriate staff of potential quality issues
  • Ensure shipping area is organized and clean at all times.  Special orders parts to be stored in an organized fashion, alphabetically, with easy access.
  • Direct movement of shipments to appropriate work areas
  • Research new and/or replacement inventory items
  • Communicate with and assist coworkers to receive inbound shipments asap
  • Preparing and maintaining records of all inventory
  • Update inventory pricing on a daily basis
  • Identifying causes of inventory issues and implementing process improvements
  • Assist with procurement and of special order items when necessary
